Looks to me like Gymnocalycium mihanovichii, aka the moon cactus. If you’ve ever seen the cacti at the store that are green with a separate colorful cactus grafted to the top, this is basically the independent version of the colorful one!

Yeah, a gymno. The variegated ones are so pretty. And people hybridize them and make other cool cactuses too
