I have this lucky bamboo I’m not sure how to really take care of it. I bought with the bulb vase and am I supposed. To keep it in water like this ?

Hello there! Yes, Bamboo plants thrive in water. Mine have grown tremendously in water and I just sized up the vase and added some pebbles to the bottom (for aesthetics 😊)

How big do I go ? do I just check off bamboo vases on Amazon

And does it have to be closed from the top with a small opening hole

Hi, does not need to be a closed top. The vessel shouldn’t be too deep, either. Anything shallow that will hold water will do. Recommend adding rocks for the roots to grow around for stability
