# Never loose hope! I left Medusa with a friend and she thought that…

_Posted by Plantaholic on 2026-08-20_

Never loose hope! I left Medusa with a friend and she thought that Medusa would love some extra Sun. She put her outside for a few hours on a 100 degree day without shade. It burned each of her beautiful leaves. Once I got her back I did some major cutting.

Fast forward 3 months and she is back home and recovering sprouting out new shoots and a large leaf that I’m so excited about. Good job Medusa….. a name change might be coming…..Maybe Persephone?! I think she earned the upgrade!!

Persephone is a perfect name given their past circumstances!
