Maybe try watering more when your plant looks healthy but is loosing leaves in my personal experience watering always helps.

If that doesn’t help maybe try repotting your plant into a nursery pot to give better drainage even when your plant looks current pot has drainage holes

I was getting that with mine!  
Mine was from lack of sunlight, so maybe the same?
