# Hi everyone! I just received this plant as a gift about a month ago…

Hi everyone! I just received this plant as a gift about a month ago and I’m not really sure what it is. Would anyone know? The leaves are really crispy, yellow, and keep falling off but it also has new growth……so any pointers would be greatly appreciated!!! It was repotted in regular potting mix with perlite before they gave it to me so not sure if that could be the could be the problem? Again any advice would be GREAT!! Thank you so much! 🫶

Yeah, not sure at all what it is, but it looks like it might need higher humidity and water-retaining soil to thrive. Perhaps give it those things and it will look more like it wants to? Would make identification easier.

It looks like a bell pepper plant, not 100% sure tho
