Hiiii ive had this philodendron white wizard for 3-4 months or so and it stared growing this sapling like thing and I don't know if I sould leave it or take it out??

Leave it until you know what it really is. Could be a weed. I would personally wait a little.

I love getting little surprises like that to see what it might turn out to be. If you like it, leave it, if you don't, pull it out. 😆🤷‍♀️

I had a mouse get in my house and plant a sunflower seed from my birdfeeder in one of my house plants. 🤪
