my jade plant is losing leaves and has these white splotches everywhere. any thoughts on what’s wrong with her??

Looks like it could be mealy bugs

thank you! i got some insecticidal soap and started treatment last night

It’s mealy bugs. Usual Q tip routine. Spray with insecticidal soap, or neem if that’s your preference. Examine and spray about every 5 days for a month. They should be gone then.
