# Is there a way to adjust the watering schedule after I have repotted…

Is there a way to adjust the watering schedule after I have repotted my plants? Yesterday was a big day as I repotted 8 plants into larger pots so now my watering schedule is off.

Have you updated your pot size for those repots? I haven’t gone through it quite yet, but would imagine the app updating your watering schedule a bit based on that?

click on the specific plant, top right the little setting wheel click that, then youll see “custom care schedule” there youll be able to change it :) i do this with ALL of my plants because i find planta doesnt do a good job and just automates it. the first year of using planta i lost ~10 plants due to overwatering. so now i google the recommended watering intervals and adjust with that!

You can adjust the pot size for the plant and it will change the schedule!

Update the app with the repotting data and “watered today” and it’ll reset to this new schedule. There’s the general health option to update some info and add and notes you may have noticed while repotting. Then if you scroll down you’ll come to the option to update the pot
