Anybody know what this is and if i should do anything about it? Also theres fuzzy white stuff too 💔😭

My plant is basically in perfect health except for brown tips (its prob root bound), so i dont know if i should be concerned. Let me know!

Fuzzy on the soil is either mineral build up, or mold from lack of airflow. Both will not harm your plant.
