I could be wrong, but to me that looks like heat damage. Do you have any kind of lighting near these that could’ve “burned” these leaves?

My golden dust croton has some weird looking leaves like that. I've had it for about 6 years and it doesn't seem to matter except its not perfect.. but look for pests 1st if none then i have no clue why that happens. Sorry..

Yes dogs but they can’t reach the plant
