This little baby rubber tree has grown all wonky. Hopefully the stake will help it straighten. Any tips on strengthening the stems so they can support themselves?

And look at that variation on that leaf! Several new leaves are hardening but this one is good to go.

Also...I love getting to know the community....where are you from? I am in SC, near NC, USA.

You can try using a grow light it helps strengthen leaves and stems.
