# New to the plant parent life and I’ve decided if this is my mid-life…

New to the plant parent life and I’ve decided if this is my mid-life crisis I’ll take it!

It all started with Hector. A spider plant cutting I was convinced I would kill. I always joked I had the black thumb of death with plants. Looks like my Great-Grandpas green genes finally kicked in!

Hector is 4 now and he’s had plenty of babies I’ve successfully propagated and gifted. He’s now joined by multiple siblings!
