# So I’m trying to get my pothos to climb a moss pole and it has grown…

So I’m trying to get my pothos to climb a moss pole and it has grown this tiny little leaf. I really want to cut it off, but I want to know if it’s okay to do so.  
The tag is on it to stop it from going inside the pole like it did at first.

I hate when the new leaves try to grow inside the moss pole! Good thing you caught it early. I find that the first new leaf after a cut is usually small. Sometimes they’re hardly the size of a sunflower seed 😮 As it keeps growing, it will make larger leaves like it used to
