Hi, I got this lovely flamingo lily as a present. Wondering if it can stay in water and if the water level is ok?

Also, is there a setting for adding waterplants on this app?

Yes. Under the soil setting you can choose water

You can keep it in water indefinitely if you want to, but at a certain point you’ll want to add a hydroponic fertilizer which planta unfortunately doesn’t seem to remind you to do for plants in water. Dynagro foliage pro is my choice and works well for the setup; just make sure you follow the directions for hydroponic conditions. I just keep the water levels consistently covering all the roots.
