Best way to treat mealy bugs on string of pearls please !!?  
Also, is it safe to give all my plants a light mist of an alcohol/water mixture?

Dap each bug with a cotton swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol. Keep applying until they are all gone.

I recommend testing a small area of the plant with the alcohol spray. Wait a day or two, then, check for damage. Good luck!🍀 🪴
