# update on my ✨capital-K Krispy✨ air plant I got a couple months ago…

update on my ✨capital-K Krispy✨ air plant I got a couple months ago ::

I didn’t pay much attention to my air plant until it got super droopy and sad-looking a few days ago, so I took it out of this "silly goose" pot (that's literally how it was labeled at HyVee,, I only shop at the high class nurseries) and removed the hot glue - I think it burned the base of the plant 👎 I've since been working on how to keep it properly hydrated and I think I found a good method ◡̈

I put it in a little terrarium-type shindig with water \& leca (and a lid, not pictured) for about a week and I’ve since rested it over a glass of water - the leca is there mostly to help me to remember to check the water level (and because it’s cuter than the little burnt end ◡̈ )
