Are the leaves mushy?
Do you let the water drain after watering?

yes they were mushy there’s a little hole at the bottom of the plastic pot

Looks like you’ve got a plastic pot set inside that mug. If you’re not allowing the water to drain, you’re probably getting root rot. I’d be sure the water has fully drained out of the plastic pot before putting it back into the mug.

the plastic has a hole in the bottom and i’m letting the water drip into the mug

Excess water from the mug could be reaching the roots or you’re watering too often.

i water it once a week

That’s probably too often. Instead of just “watering once a week” you should poke your finger into the dirt. The top inch or so should be dry. If not, hold off on the water for a couple of days. Most succulents store water in their leaves, such is why the leaves are so thick. Overwatering is a sure way to kill many plants, especially succulents.

If you’re letting the water drain out of the plastic pot, but into the mug, your ruts are just sitting in that excess water. That’ll kill your plants.

oooh okay thank you

Hey! It’s a learning curve with plants. We’ve all been there. You’ll get the hang of it. Good news is that your plant still looks pretty good. I think if you let her dry out a bit, she’ll be okay. 👍🏻 Just let her get pretty dry before you water again.

Also, you can stick those dropped leaves in a pot with dirt and they may root. Just don’t overwater them. Water them good once you stick them in the dirt, then let them do their thing.
