After I cut some big stems to propagate, all these little baby leaves have popped up. Should I cut these so the energy goes to the big stems or leave them?

It depends! If you’d like to see them continue to grow, you’ll have a “bushier” plant. But if you’d like to chop them, then the energy will go towards the big plant (but not by a noticeable amount in my experience). I’d personally decide based on what you want your mature plant to look like rather than based on energy conservation. IMO ofc.
