# I think my silver squill is going thru root rot? Plants told me to…

I think my silver squill is going thru root rot? Plants told me to repot her so I decided to just check the roots. I started to un tangle the roots and half of them fell off with the soil.

But she’s had been producing 3 new leafs the past 3weeks. Should I place her in the same plastic nursery pot she’s been in or something smaller? (Used finger as scale )  
Also I found a hard “root” (pic below) . Is this some type of baby or should I just throw it away?
