Most of them have no names but the ones that do are Stella my Stella calathea, Bunny my rabbit foot fern, and Odette my Paphiopedlium 'Odette's jubilee'. #### Plantingsherry replied on 2026-10-01 Ha ha! Love them. ### Plantingsherry commented on 2026-10-01 Someone else posted about Marilyn Monstera today. I thought that one was cute! I was proud of RUBBERT, RUBBIE, \& RUB for my rubber plants, even though it might sound a little bit sexual, lol. Someone told me Rub is not a baby rubber tree plant that he’s something else but his name is still Rub now. ![Attachment 1 of 3](https://images.getplanta.com/v1/resize/-bEa8Q3g1ge-IURFOEOQ2kXlRgS9V83P42PKbIR09wg/PUPo2aFPSEm17mHiIzUwVQ.webp?size=large) ![Attachment 2 of 3](https://images.getplanta.com/v1/resize/-bEa8Q3g1ge-IURFOEOQ2kXlRgS9V83P42PKbIR09wg/T0BH7r-AQuCHrm0CJLmkiw.webp?size=large) ![Attachment 3 of 3](https://images.getplanta.com/v1/resize/-bEa8Q3g1ge-IURFOEOQ2kXlRgS9V83P42PKbIR09wg/urVjrkovRn-IU4g6ie2C9g.webp?size=large) #### Plantingsherry replied on 2026-10-01 Here’s a better picture of Rubbie. ![Attachment 1 of 1](https://images.getplanta.com/v1/resize/-bEa8Q3g1ge-IURFOEOQ2kXlRgS9V83P42PKbIR09wg/1N0YI54-QsisBbvx7cOMFw.webp?size=large) #### Hopper House replied on 2026-10-01 That looks like my Peperomia raindrop plant #### Hopper House replied on 2026-10-01 The last two look like Peperomias ### Alis-art’h commented on 2026-10-01 I got some Canada anemone and ostrich fern to fight my gout infestation, so I named them Gouterminator and Goutecutioners. ### Jess commented on 2026-10-01 I have 4 pothos that are named after the golden girls ….. marble pothos is Blanche, silver satin pothos is Sophia, N’Joy is Rose and golden pothos is Dorothy. ![Attachment 1 of 4](https://images.getplanta.com/v1/resize/09R0FtcjMvifVr_ij5QVr2kSFPftiWkkoawnnGQWCHA/-GommvYETrGRCGCKZ4_9xg.webp?size=large) ![Attachment 2 of 4](https://images.getplanta.com/v1/resize/09R0FtcjMvifVr_ij5QVr2kSFPftiWkkoawnnGQWCHA/ObSxvnmzTT2zQTJg3Y9j3A.webp?size=large) ![Attachment 3 of 4](https://images.getplanta.com/v1/resize/09R0FtcjMvifVr_ij5QVr2kSFPftiWkkoawnnGQWCHA/LBG5Hn1zT5aahwomcD5-7Q.webp?size=large) ![Attachment 4 of 4](https://images.getplanta.com/v1/resize/09R0FtcjMvifVr_ij5QVr2kSFPftiWkkoawnnGQWCHA/PXu6Yi9SQsyC6n-1H8h3bg.webp?size=large) #### Jess replied on 2026-10-01 Oh and I have a monstera Standleyana (spell check?) that I named Stan to match 🤣🤣 #### Brittany replied on 2026-10-04 My golden girls are my ficus 😆 ### Pippin Took commented on 2026-10-01 I named my moms prickly pear Ûruk Hai ( LOTR orcs) ![Attachment 1 of 1](https://images.getplanta.com/v1/resize/RWofd-42fz0KvoBz2Bue0J591usnTu2AnRlTJrBryAI/8CunnK_SSBC6l4DhvnwH4g.webp?size=large) #### Courtney (newbie) replied on 2026-10-01 I love all of your plant names!! #### Altheo replied on 2026-10-02 It seems we have similar taste in plant names! 😂 awesome! #### Pippin Took replied on 2026-10-02 Looks like it! 🤣 Cool! 😎 ### Heather O commented on 2026-10-01 I have a monstera named Nessie (loch ness monster), a philodendron pink princess named Molly Ringwald, a philodendron white knight named Olivia Pope, a Thai constellation named Stella, and a peperomia with red under her leaves named Ruby.
