these were growing from a a little shoot on my parlor palm, does anyone know if this is part of the growth or if its a disease or pest? please and thank you

Those look like they may have been the start of its flowers?

okay thanks ill definitely look more into that, they were attached loosely and had fallen off at the slightest touch so i wasnt sure if they were supposed to be there

These are pics of the mature ones. I don't know of any pests or disease that look like that. I'm not sure how susceptible they are to humidity or light. So inflorescence and flowers are fairly delicate. Especially on young plants. They don't always grow out well first try
