# Does anyone know what this is underneath the leaves of this palm? I…

Does anyone know what this is underneath the leaves of this palm? I thought it was pests at first and almost freaked out. But it’s not. If I pick them off they’re kind of flakey. Plant is otherwise healthy and growing new fronds.
