I am going to combine three midsize Monstera’s into a large pot. It’s the perfect size around, but it’s too deep, what can I use to fill the bottom of the pot?

Do you have any reference pictures of the plants and pot? Usually adding anything to the bottom of the pot makes it easier for the plant to develop root rot because it can create spaces for water that can’t get to the drainage holes. I’d honestly recommend a smaller pot or one that is more shallow in depth

If you have to, I’d use leca since it’s clay and will whisk and absorb the moisture away from the roots, making it less likely for the roots to be sitting in still water

Honestly, the pot looks to be the perfect size! I wouldn’t even add anything to it

Personally, I probably would not put three mid-sized monsters into one pot. They grow so fast it'll become too crowded too soon. That being said there is a product called Ups a Daisy that will fit down into some pots raising the potting area. Pot has to graduate down in size so the ups aDaisy will slide down and get stuck at the proper height. Rocks on the bottom of the pot will impede the downward flow of water creating a greater risk of root rot. It's better to get a pot with the proper depth. Now one of the other commentors thought your pot was fine and maybe it is but rocks will not help your plant.
