What are these on the roots of my red prayer!?
I wanted to pot her in water in a clear pink vase but her roots seem small and then I found these things while removing the soil.
I don’t know much about these plants but I did just watch a video about a guy who potted one of these in water and it did just fine.

Those are rhizomes or “root tubers” that help the plant store energy. You should not remove them, it would definitely damage the plant. Also, it should do okay in water, but be prepared for it to drop a few leaves as it gets acclimated to its new environment :)
