My snake plant is not doing well at all. Leaves keep coming out a little wet and a little dry. What should I do? Any tips?

Don't really know what you mean by "a little wet and a little dry." Are you talking about how firm/squishy the leaves feel?

Could be overwatering. Snake plants like the soil to get completely dry (the entire pot, not just the topsoil) in between waterings. I read a funny comment somewhere that "it's time to water a snake plant when you can't remember the last time you watered it." Snake plants also get wrinkly when they're thirsty, that's a sure sign it's due for a watering.
