I heard it’s best to wait until the root has secondary roots growing

I wait till there’s secondary roots to help it have some more structure!

I pot it with 2 inches of roots. The secondary roots form quickly in soil on pothos plants. You can add rooting hormone powder or liquid. 🪴🍀
