# UPDATE: My corn plant’s flower has fully emerged. Someone mentioned…

UPDATE: My corn plant’s flower has fully emerged. Someone mentioned that they have a fragrance, but I did not smell anything. It is now 2 or 3 days since the flower blossomed, and this wonderful perfume is filling the air! Also, it releases the smell in the evening. I am so happy to know that I turned her well being around. I’ve had her for about 6 years, and she has been through a lot. She’s such a beauty.

She is doing well! I have two and they have both always struggled. What is your secret?

Learn its love language: does it need repotting? Also, is it near a window? Mine is getting part sun and good air flow but is not near a door (I learned she doesn’t like that). Whatever the state of yours, it is speaking and you have to pay attention to it and learn its language. Good luck!
