What is wrong with my monstera? She had little white stuff that wasn’t fuzzy on her leaf and kind of something that looks like if you found oil on your shirt on her leaves. And leaves were growing in with almost burnt like spots and a little crispy.

1\. That white stuff might be fungus, wipe it off with lime juice/alcohol and decrease the water exposure to the leaf.  
2\. It’s a monstera, those holes are normal

Ik the holes are normal and thank you but what are the brown spots that are coming up on the leaves?
