Update: I found out my pink quill is an air plant! Anyone have ideas for a soilless set up for her?

Hi everyone!  
I’m a beginner plant mom and kitten mom 🤭🤭  
Yesterday I went to a local nursery and bought all these beauties you see here. I do have a ponytail palm as well she was given to me as a gift along with other plants that have since gone to plant heaven 😞  
I’ll post my palm plant and the set up I currently have them in in the comments. Any tips or assistant so that I can level up in my plant mom life please share!

My palm tree really likes being outside, partly shaded. Fertilizing is important.

I have my money tree in indoor potting mix and extra perlite. I changed once a year. First picture is a few months ago.  
Second picture is when I got it in August last year.  
It’s in an east facing window. Filtered morning sun. I check soil before watering. Stop when water comes out the bottom.
