This guy seems to be thriving, but I'm uncertain whether I should think of separating some of it, or moving it to a bigger pot this coming year.

Thoughts??

If it's thriving in its pot you could leave it for longer. But if anything changes, leaves discoloring, then you should probably repot it. Otherwise it seems great! I would just let it do its thing instead.

Looks great!! They don’t mind being a little cramped.

Peperomias enjoy getting rootbound between repottings, and being fairly snug in their pots. My rule of thumb with them is to keep them in something no more than 1-2 inches wider in diameter than the width of the plant’s root ball. I have quite a few peperomias and while the obtusifolia and clusiifolia variety take just fine to repottings, the raindrop peperomia is more prone to shock from repottings, so if you do plan on repotting it, I wouldn’t try separating it. I’d try to avoid fooling with the roots as much as possible, then cover any exposed roots in Bonide’s Rooting Hormone Powder if you repot it. I swear by Espoma’s Organic Cactus and Succulent Mix for my peperomias if you need any soil recs. Hope this helps! 😊 (Your peperomia is gorgeous, btw!)
