Looks like its inflorescence. It’s like the flower, covered in pollen. I generally just leave them to do their thing

They’re flowers. You can either let them bloom and naturally fall off once they’re done blooming, or gently snap them off if you’d rather your plant reserves its energy towards foliage more than flowers. Hope this helps.
