can i bring this plant back to life? i’m not sure exactly what plant it is. the stalks are weak and wilting but still are somewhat green. please help!!

Definitely! Remove any brown/yellowing leaves. It looks like it needs new soil - use the identification lens to see what it is and what kind of soil it needs. It looks like it needs water as well, so heavy watering (until it’s draining out of the bottom holes of pot).
