I rescued this beauty almost 2 weeks ago and she’s unfurled a new leaf and is doing good. However, the roots don’t look the healthiest… Is there root rot here? Should I repot and trim all the brown roots? Or is she okay? I see some white roots too

It wouldn’t hurt to take it out of the pot and inspect the roots. If a new leaf unfurled then it’s probably doing well. But if you see any mushy roots I’d trim them. That’s my two cents. I’m no expert. 🍀

Agreed that it’s never a bad idea to slide the plant out and look at the root ball. That said, it’s very common for roots that extend beyond the pot to die off if the area outside the pot is dry and/or bright. So what you’re seeing is totally expected and healthy; you have no red flags.

I'm not an expert but it looks like your plant is getting to big for its pot, maybe try a bigger pot
