It’s not directly by a window and it apparently can’t be moved to more light.

Have you watered it recently? You might want to check the soil and see if it’s too wet or too dry. Too wet of soil can cause root rot.

It was watered recently.  
Maybe it’s being overwatered though. It’s not my plant. I gifted it to my niece

I would check the roots for sure. That'll let you know the next step. Mine is in a southern facing window. I struggle to get blooms but otherwise she's healthy. I have 1 bloom and this is my third year with her. Im still learning myself
