Any suggestions of fertilizers for my flowers? Also are morning glory when sprouting supposed to look like this?

You are doing everything right. They do love their space

To my knowlege with we did ours on trellises.

Looking healthy. Compost is a good fertilizer. You will need a trellis at least 4 feet tall fyi
