Help: I have this air plant and I’m truly struggling. Its leaves are curling and turning this grayish color and are clearly dead. I’m following the guide but I can’t figure out what’s wrong. The very last picture is what it use to look like.

How are you watering it? Does it get direct sunlight?

It’s under a sky light and soaking and misting as scheduled and directed

I found the app told me to soak every two weeks when the person at the store told me once a week so I changed to a custom once a week schedule (it’s very dry where I live). I soak mine for 45 min every week and they are doing ok, but I’ve only had them since the end of Dec.

Are you soaking and misting it on schedule? It looks very dry. Is the root mushy?

I was just as this app scheduled it.

Oh not the roots aren’t mushy but the plant definitely is drying out

I had one in that same container and it died! Maybe it's lack of airflow
