This is a Dracaena ‘Florida Beauty’ that I have at work.  
She recently grew a baby, I have never had a plant grow a baby before! I am delighted, look how cute her little leaves are 🥹

Thanks! It’s a moss ball in a wooden bowl. My husband got it for me.
