My jade plants have this weird white stuff on. I can rub it off, I thought it was paint but I have not painted this room for about a couple months any ideas?

Just got this from Google as my Jade does this and hadn’t thought to look 🤷🏻‍♀️

No worries! There are several varieties of Crassula ovata 'Jade' plants and most are prone to developing white spots like these. Don't worry though because it is simply excess salt mineral deposits being exuded by the leaves through their stomata (pores).
