I use mine every day. For 8 hours because I get zero to barely any light in my room

I use mine everyday because we have had so many grey and overcast days.

Siri turns my plant lights on at sunrise and off at sunset

Thank you everybody for your replies and does the light need to be full blast or can I put it lower?

That depends on the plant’s lighting needs and the distance between plant and the light bulb

Depends on how close the light is to your plants, do you have a light meter?

Everyday! And the days I can’t adjust them, the plants go to a window (office plants and weekends)
