# My red anne fittonia has become white/furry on the leaves and stems.…

My red anne fittonia has become white/furry on the leaves and stems. Is this normal? I did not see this on the plant when it was purchased a week ago. Have been following water and light guides and there is new growth!

Furry how? Fittonia definitely have hair like projections on the stems but not the leaves. I included a picture of the hairs on the stem of mine so you can see
