Any tips for elephant bush care? I don’t have any plants similar to it and it is not happy 😣

When was the last time you watered? Also by the looks of the soil is lacking drainage. If you need to repot maybe add some more perlite to the soil. Elephant bush is a succulents so it is okay to let the soil dry out \& needs good draining soil.

And a lot of light! Most inside locations are not good enough light sources in the winter with a grow light.
