Looks like it’s either reaching for light or pulling away from cold or a breeze. Try turning to face the opposite direction. You may have to continually rotate it.

I repotted it in August. Do they need to be repotted that frequently?

It looks like that pot is too small for that size of a plant making it too heavy.

Pot size is usually based on how big the rootball is, not the plant because an oversized pot can lead to root rot
