That my friend is a Aglonema Valentine!  
I water mine every 2 weeks (Winter Routine) and mist 3 Days a week, currently no issues except some small brown spots but I’m not too concerned, absolutely thriving!

I’m currently propagating a piece that fell of a friends plant in water w/ some take root!
