I would say Jade pothos.

It looks identical to my heart leaf philodendron.

I was thinking the same thing until I zoomed in on vines and how the leaves look on the zines as my heart leaf philodendron and my golden pothos vine differently (if that makes sense) and this is more similar to my pothos than the philodendron. Past that distinct I couldn’t tell what plant this is.

When I zoomed in, it looks like there are nodes all the way up the vine instead of just around the node where the aerial vines come from on a philodendron? Is that one of the differences? That would make propagation easier for sure!!

I have a a heart leaf philodendron but mine isn’t similar to the plant in question.
