Help! My Ginseng Ficus has unknown ash/mold.

I’ve had three Ginseng ficus on my patio for months. However, the one pictured below started shedding leaves few months ago and now is completely dry. It’s also developing a mold.

How do I fix this? Please help. Should I also separate it from the other ficus plants?

The others are healthy and doing well.
