# Question for all you plant heads. my beautiful peace lily had a brown…

Question for all you plant heads. my beautiful peace lily had a brown leaf on the bottom, well a few of them but I pulled one out and . it was slimy and stinky. What does that mean? And what do I do still looks pretty healthy but maybe it won’t be soon so please help.

Definitely sounds like overwatering. I’d check for root rot. How damp is the soil?
