So my Mama has a money tree that has been growing in water for years. I haven’t found anything about them surviving, let alone thriving in excess water, so we’re not sure if she should just let it be or try to repot it? Advice appreciated!

Water culture is a fun way to grow any plant, if it’s been in water for years, why plant it in soil now? It looks really healthy, I would just repot in a different water pot to make it look prettier, and make sure there’s no root in the roots

Okay! Should she rewrap the bottom like it is now or just leave that?

I agree. Leave well enough alone.

🤔 is that to keep the moisture or is it a mesh

#### Jes replied on 2024-01-06

It seems to be a mesh something that is wrapped around it several times and in two different places.

I don’t think I’ll matter. But if I were you I’ll do a bit more research
