I believe this is a Hoya krohniana super silver

I initially thought it could be a Hoya Lacunosa Louisa’s Silver. But, the leaves are much smaller, elongated with sharp tips on the Louisa’s Silver. It’s probably a Hoya Lacunosa Silver Mint Coin with larger round leaves.  
The leaves on the Hoya Krohniana Super Silver are larger.
