What is my son \& DIL doing wrong?? Plant in south facing windows.. overwatering or under watering or something else?? I started chopping off the dead leaves and no sign of pests ..and the new leaf is pale and limp

has this plant ever been fertilized? it looks like it could be nitrogen deficiency, combined with dry air

I doubt it’s been fed.. will suggest they do that..thanks

Do they have low humidity in their house? My mom’s peace lilies get crispy during wood stove season. They bounce back in the spring
