# why are all of my peperomia raindrop leaves going black on the stems…

why are all of my peperomia raindrop leaves going black on the stems and going soft and coming off, i only have 2 leaves left, im scared ill lose the plant as its my favourite.

As long as it has at least some white/green roots then it can be saved!

If it’s still alive:

1\. Remove any mushy, black roots.

2\. Find a pot with drainage holes.

3\. Fill it with fresh soil.

4\. Repot your plant, and leave it alone for a few days before watering.

Make sure the soil is completely dry before watering to prevent future rot. Hopefully all goes well!
